Lid size notes

Pavilion models vary widely even when the screen size sounds the same. Measure the outer lid at its widest and deepest points after closing it. A 14-inch display is not a 14-inch lid. Choose a universal sheet larger than the measured lid and keep clear of raised logos, vents and hinge covers.

Apply and remove it carefully

Wipe the lid dry, test the sheet’s position while the backing is still on, and peel only a few centimetres at a time. Use a soft card to smooth. When removing, warm the vinyl slightly, peel slowly and clean any residue with a screen-safe cloth.
